The Commission Process

01 — Reservation

The reservation stage secures a place within the current commission schedule and begins the design process.

This includes consultation, sizing, discussion of materials, and stone selection where required.

A 50% reservation payment confirms the commission and secures a fabrication slot within the current build schedule.

Due to the handmade nature of the work, only a limited number of commissions are accepted each month.

02 — Fabrication

Once the design and materials are confirmed, fabrication begins.

Each piece is individually handmade in 18k gold using traditional bench techniques, including hand-applied granulation and custom finishing.

Clients may receive progress imagery during fabrication depending on the nature of the commission.

03 — Completion

Final finishing, stone setting, and fitting are completed prior to delivery.

Final imagery and collection arrangements are provided before completion of the commission.

The remaining balance is completed prior to collection or delivery of the finished piece.
